We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving a product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@spectrumsparkle.com. Please note that misprinted/damaged/defective items must be unused and in its original packaging for a return or exchange.
