2. Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on our store are made to order. This means:

  • Items are produced only after an order is placed

  • Product images are mockups and may differ slightly from the final product

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice

  • Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.

4. Production and Shipping

  • Production typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or supplier issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted

  • The wrong item was received

To request a resolution, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.
